Blogger Interview: juliascupoftea

Hello! Today I am posting another blogger interview. For this post I chose to interview Julia from juliascupoftea on Tumblr. I've always loved her style and her outfits and she's well worth following! To find out more, click the read more below!

Tell me a little about yourself?

My name is Julia, I am 15 years old. I am currently living in Canada and have been my entire life. I speak fluent English, and have a decent knowledge of French. I love travelling and exploring new things. I run the blog juliascupoftea.tumblr.com and smalltownedge.blogspot.ca.

How did you start blogging?

I actually started blogging when I started liking Eleanor Calder's style. I started looking around on tumblr for her clothing and came across Alexa's (alexascloset.tumblr.com) blog. Alexa inspired me to start a blog, just because her outfits were so on point and she was so kind to everyone, it made me want to connect with people that way.

What would you say your blog is about? 

I would say my blog is about mostly personal style, but lately it has been a bit of beauty thrown in as well. I did my first review recently on a blush from Topshop, and I hope to do more fun little reviews or videos about me. My tumblr is all over the place, just a warning that Austin Butler, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Nico Mirallegro have been popping up a lot lately!

How would describe your personal style?

I would describe my personal style as edgy, but it has a girly side to it. It all depends on how I'm feeling, but it can range from 90's inspired edgy to booties and a collared shirt.

Where do you get your inspiration?

I get my inspiration from other tumblr users, Danielle Bernstein, Eleanor Calder, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Lily Collins, Miranda Kerr, Emma Stone and lately Finn Nelson from My Mad Fat Diary.

Name one item in your closet you can't live without and why?

Black skinny jeans. They are something I wear all the time, so versatile and flattering. And who doesn't love black?

What is currently on your wishlist?

I am saving up for travelling right now, so my wishlist is mainly big things to get when I go in the summer. I want an Alexander Wang Rockie bag or a similar, a Phillp Lim Pashli, and a bunch of things from Zara.

What trends do you think should never become popular? 

Anything having to do with a pixel looking design and sometimes Gingham, usually I don't like.
